I loved the hotel's location, which was close to tons of amazing restaurants. The area was vibrant and lively, and I found it easy to get around with cheap transport options. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. the hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to endless great restaurants and near the main center of Palermo Soho. There were many good restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options.
The soundproofing in the rooms was poor and we could hear every passing truck and conversation, which was disturbing especially during the night.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They provided us with early check-in and showed us around the spa facilities while we waited for our room. The pool area was fantastic, allowing us to relax under the sun and enjoy the warm weather. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a king size bed and lots of natural light streaming through the large windows. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was perfectly located in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants to choose from, and it was close to the main center of Palermo Soho. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel provided gluten-free breakfast options, which was a wonderful gesture.

I had an amazing stay at Ilum! The staff went above and beyond in helping me find some UNO cards to play with, saving me loads of time. The breakfast options were delicious and catered to all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.
